1.1 To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and kept in original condition. Please ensure all original tags, labels and packaging are intact when returning.
1.2 All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date. Any requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2.1 To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at service@cegop.com within the valid return period. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for your return to speed up the process.
2.2 Once we receive your request, our team will send you an official return authorization and detailed return instructions to guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping Rules
3.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is caused by our official errors, including wrong item delivery, defective products or quality issues.
3.2 We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance for your return package, to avoid loss or damage during transit.
4. Refund Process
4.3 After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the receipt and the result of your refund application (approved or rejected).
4.4 If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the actual arrival time may vary, depending on your payment provider’s processing rules.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Currently, we do not support direct item exchanges. If you want a different size, color or style, you can initiate a return for a full refund, then place a new order for your desired item.
